These Terms and Conditions are a legally binding agreement between you, the subscriber and Inkwinks Publications Ltd (IPL) who service the Inkwinks Brand.
During the duration of your subscription, IPL will grant you full access and license to use any Inkwinks content attributed to the Inkwinks Subscription Webpage on the Inkwinks Website for your own personal use or that of any child/person under your supervision or care.
Please be aware that all Inkwinks content is copyright owned by Inkwinks Creator Stephen Meakin and cannot be copied, altered or sold without prior written permission from IPL.
Your subscription is recurring and charged every 6 or 12 months depending on the subscription you select. It will end when you unsubscribe from the Inkwinks Website or it is cancelled by IPL due to unsatisfactory usage by you of the Inkwinks Website or content (read more below).
IPL only use Paypal as a means of payment due to its extremely high levels of security. There are no additional or hidden charges with your subscription.
Please note that IPL will NEVER have access to your Paypal Account and do NOT store any information about you on the Inkwinks Website when you subscribe, other than the few details when you sign up.
IPL take your privacy very seriously, so please refer to our Privacy Policy here.
You may cancel your subscription through your Paypal Account at any time but no refund can be sought by you for the term you agreed to unless you state a credible reason that IPL agree with.
IPL retain the right to cancel your subscription immediately if we deem your interactions with the Inkwinks Website and any Inkwinks content to be unsatisfactory, abusive or illegal. You will be notified accordingly if your subscription is cancelled.
A refund of the subscription fee may be given only if you prove to our satisfaction that it is warranted.
This agreement is subject to English Law.
